All About Shipping
Direct From Our Family Groves to Your Door.
Continental U.S. A. Delivery Charges: A package fee of $9.95 is added to each package regardless of weight and/or destination. This fee includes ground charges, packaging, dimensional box and fuel surcharges. We primarily use UPS Ground Service for all packages; their ground delivery charges are included in the $9.95 handling fee. If you are sending a package to Alaska or Hawaii you will be charged the additional cost for Priority Air Delivery. Please NOTE:Even if you select UPS Ground as your shipping carrier, we must ship to these two states via air, and we will add on the customary air charges. Please select Second Day Air as your shipping method during checkout to see those charges on your receipt.
Post Office Box, U.S. Postal Service, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air: Call 800-743-1480 for shipping charges. We will make every effort to provide a street delivery address for your gift. If we must send your package via the Post Office it will be shipped Priority Mail to ensure a timely arrivial. The additional charges for USPS Service will be added to your invoice.
Canadian Delivery Charges: A package fee of $20.00 USD is added to each package regardless of weight. This fee includes ground charges, packaging, dimensional box charges, fuel surcharges and all Canadian tariffs and taxes. Your Canadian gift recipients will NOT be required to pay any additional amounts for delivery. We use UPS International Service for all Canadian packages; their ground delivery charges are included in the $20.00 handling fee. We now ship to Canada every day based on fruit availability. To ensure on-time Christmas delivery, we need to have your Canadian orders in by December 15th.
Second Day and Next-Day Service: We do offer this extended service through UPS. The fee is based on weight per box and the standard fee of $9.95 is included.
Seasonal Availability: We pick and pack to order. To assure you of the freshest Florida citrus from our groves we process your order the same day we pick your fruit. It then takes one day normally; sometimes two, to process, grade, and pack your fruit.
Fruit Availability Chart: Please refer to the Fruit Availability chart when placing your orders. Orders placed for citrus not in season could be processed and your shipping label held until the fruit is ready for shipping. We cannot provide you with an exact ship date or day. Each week we only pick the finest citrus from our family owned groves that Mother Nature has provided. This could vary by as much as a couple of days or a couple of weeks.
Our Promise to You
The Sun Harvest Citrus family takes pride in the exceptional quality of our fruit. If you or your gift recipients are not delighted with a Sun Harvest Citrus shipment for any reason, please let us know. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
We guarantee all shipments to arrive in perfect condition to the address you provide if delivery can be made when first attempted. If we do not have the correct shipping address the delivery services will not forward, and our perishable citrus will not stand reshipping. We cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Please be aware that we ship our citrus at the peak of freshness and quality. Sometimes unpredictable weather can dely picking up to three weeks or more. Please be patient.
